Shipping:
I currently ship *almost* anywhere around the globe. *International Customers: Your
shipping charges are an estimate. If for some reason you are either:
undercharged (I will send you an invoice for additional charges) or
overcharged, you will be refunded the difference; however, this does
not include any handling fees.
Shipping & Handling Cost:
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and location items are being shipped. The handling charge is to cover the cost of everything involved with the packaging and shipping of your order. Although the shipping charge may not always show the most affordable or economical way to ship during your checkout, I will always refund you any overages above the actual shipping and handling charge. For example - the cart will not show flat rate shipping options, which may be more affordable than standard Priority Mail as there is the ability to ship soaps or soap dishes in the flat rate envelope and bulkier items have the option of shipping in Flat Rate boxes.
US Shipments:
Purchase up to 6 bars* of soap or soap dishes and pay only $5.99 in Shipping! or 12 to 24 bars of soap or soap dishes for $10.99
International Shipments: Purchase up to 6 bars* of soap or soap dishes and pay only $13.30 (Flat Rate Envelope). Purchase approx 12 to 24 bars of soap or soap dishes (this may include bulkier items in combination with flat items) and pay $40.95 (Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box) In many instances standard Priority Mail will be more economical to ship larger orders, so the price will be lower.
Although shipping options for Global Express Mail and Express Mail International are shown, I do NOT offer this method. Only First Class International and Priority Mail International.
*Flat Rate Terms:If you are purchasing anywhere from 1 to 6 soaps or soap dishes or 12 to 24 soaps or soap dishes and would like me to ship by flat rate - Please write in the notes/comments section of your order: SHIP FLAT RATE and if* your order meets the flat rate guidelines to ship that method, I will refund you the difference. The cart can only show either standard rates or flat rates, but not both and at this time it is only showing standard methods of shipping. I will always ship in the most economical way possible for you.
Shipping Time:
Once payment has been received or cleared (e-checks usually take 3 to 4 days to clear) your order will be shipped in approximately 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail and are based on the weight of your order. Once your order ships you will receive and email with the tracking number.
First Class - 3 to 5 days - US Orders
Priority Mail - 2 to 3 days - US Orders
Packing Material:
Most orders are packed using either recycled packing peanuts or
biodegradeable (made from cornstarch) packing peanuts. They are light
enough to not add any extra weight or cost to your shipping and seem to
be the best protection for your items while in transit.
Payments*:
All payments are securely processed. Major credit cards, debit cards as well as Paypal are accepted.
(*International Customers must pay through Paypal) Payments are
expected at the time of purchase or order will be cancelled. Although shipping options for Global Express Mail and Express Mail International are shown, I do NOT offer this method. Only First Class International and Priority Mail International.
Privacy Policy: Any personal information that you may share with WendyLous Natural Bath is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other company or agency.
Stock Quantity: Quantities are not always accurate, so if you see a lower quantity than what you'd like to purchase, in many cases the cart will accept a higher quantity. If for some reason you cannot choose the desired amount, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to assist you.
Returns/Refunds:
Due to the nature of these items, no returns are accepted unless they
are in some way defective. We are not responsible for any loss or
damage once an item has been shipped. It is at the buyers discretion to
include insurance when choosing a shipping method. Any claims for lost
or damaged packages in transit will need to be directed to the USPS.
If you need to return an item for replacement(in its original condition
and ONLY if it is in some way defective) it must be received within 14
days of delivery to you. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping
charges. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All
returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure
your return as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Disclaimer People
can be allergic to anything. We recommend that you patch test* your
skin the first time you use any of our products. If any adverse
reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our body care products
are for external use only. No medical claims are implied on this site,
and the information herein is not intended to be used for self
diagnosis or self treatment of any condition.
Patch Test It's
always a good idea to test your skin to check for a reaction from any
new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small
amount of the new product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow.
Cover with a bandage and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness
appears, do not use this product. Do not take any products internally.
